The Rapid Response Team are a highly skilled, flexible team who respond swiftly to emergencies or changing business or client requirements, working to stabilise and improve placement set-up and enabling clients to live life to the full in their own homes and own community for as long as possible. Rapid Response carers may work with our respite clients, as part of our service start-up process, may cover existing placements at the last minute or support with complex issues.
If you are a highly adaptable Professional Carer, with the ability to adapt your practice to a wide range of client scenarios, this could be the ideal role for you. As a Rapid Response carer you will assess and improve client care plans to enhance wellbeing and service satisfaction; this could involve starting a new care package at short notice and developing care strategies to stabilise the placement before handing over to a carer colleague, or supporting an existing client placement for short term cover whilst proactively evaluating and improving the service in that placement. This is an exciting role for someone looking to take the next step in their caring career.
