We want people who are enthusiastic and have a range of hobbies and interests to support people to rebuild their lives outside of a hospital setting.
The site has 6 purpose built bungalows to support people with a variety of needs. Each home has staffing levels between 3:1, 2:1 and 1:1, depending on the individual need. The individuals all have mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism, with varying degrees of communication needs. They require support with meal preparation, planning routines & managing their days to access the community and enhance their life skills, supporting them to live independently in their own home & community. Alongside the staff, there is a variety of assistive technology available to support with development of skills. Personal care support is minimal.
