Wisbech Outreach – comprises of 3 services and are located in Wisbech and around 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.
Each service is a bungalow with a single service user. Due to the complex needs of the service users and challenging behaviour, experience is preferable, although not essential as long as you are eager and reliable. Two of these services are both female service users and require 2:1 staffing at all times. The third service supports a gentleman who has 1:1 staffing at all times and a sleep in during the night.
Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one.
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
The ability to keep calm under pressure.
The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills
The passion to work with vulnerable adults
The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
