Tender Care is an award winning family run independent Care Provider registered with the CQC who support people to remain living independently in their own homes across Bournemouth and surrounding areas, BH1 – BH10.

We are looking to appoint Home Care workers to join our team.

Our shifts run from 7am to 9.30pm with a break during the day between 1.30pm and 4pm. Mileage allowance paid.

Working every alternate weekend is a requirement.

Full training given, free uniforms.

Driver and own transport essential.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting our valued clients with daily routines;
Assisting them to access the community;
Personal care – washing and dressing;
Assist with medication management;
Shopping escort;
Meal preparation.

What we offer:

Full training and on-going training and support to pursue careers in health and social care leading to Social Care Diploma qualification. On Call support in the field during working hours. Previous experience in care not necessary.

What we are looking for:

Applicants must have a good understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.
Good listening and interactive skills.
