Establishing a programme of senior staff and team meetings to facilitate communication and provide opportunities for consultation and staff development. Manage finance & manage resources Requirements for Registered Children's Home Manager NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards NVQ Level 3 Children and young peoples workforce Minimum of 2 years management and supervisory experience (Team Leader or Deputy) Experience working with Children and Young People with EBD and compex needs? Full knowledge of Ofsted requirements and regulations.
