We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Positive Behavioural Support Partners to join our growing team at Home From Home Care. For this role you are required to hold qualifications in a relevant field eg: Undergraduate/Postgraduate in Health & Social Care, Mental Health, Nursing or Behaviour Analysis etc. Recent experience of working with adults or children with learning disabilities is essential as well as a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

About the role
As a Positive Behavioural Support Partner your main aim will be to increase the knowledge and skills of the workforce by delivering best practice and sharing your experience with teams. This will be achieved via blended approach of hands on support, staff and service user observations and the creation of Positive Behavioural Support Plans, based upon assessment needs and formulation of behaviours of concern.
When you join, you’ll receive 2 weeks of paid induction, which includes comprehensive training and shadow shifts with the individuals we support.
We have 11 homes over 5 locations in Lincolnshire, with roles based in Bardney, Dorrington, Fiskerton, Ruskington and Stallingborough. On some occasions you may be required to travel between homes.

As part of your role you will be involved in a huge range of activities – from the adventurous, such as swimming, bowling and horse riding to the more day-to-day, such as shopping and housework. You’ll also have the chance to take part in the individuals’ holidays in the UK and abroad.
