Job Role

• Supervising a team of carers providing support relating to proper documentation as and when needed.
• Write Care Plan and monitor and review
• Complete reviews and assessments on s/users as and when required.
• Report any issues to the management team.
• Coach and mentor the carers
• Support staff to obtain a clear understanding of their job description and perform standards.
• Adaptable to different employees work style and willing to help to develop additional skills to be more successful.
• A good observer
