Can you help us to help those in need of care and support in and around Daventry?
Do you have a passion to care for others?
Are you looking for a flexible career?
Can you support people on a one-to-one basis so they can live independently at home for longer?
If so, you can earn up to £9.80 per hour as a Home Care Assistant in our Northampton Branch of Your Care & Support as we expand our home care services in and around the Daventry area - something we can build together.
You will need to be available to work between 7am - 1pm and/or between 4pm – 9.30/10pm.
Be prepared to work every other weekend and in return we can offer you a flexible work schedule around you.
Care experience preferred but not essential as we provide full training.
Your Care & Support offer free training, which includes all mandatory subjects including the Care Certificate.
Also, you will be provided with a free uniform, PPE and DBS check.
Enrolment onto the company workplace pension.
If you have a passion to care for others, you are kind-hearted, hardworking and you have the right to work in the UK, with a valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, we’d love to hear from you!
