Our client is a a social housing provider and charity which provides accommodation and support to vulnerable people across the local area.
They are currently recruiting for three roles. Two are offered on a 2 month temporary basis and the third on a temporary to permanent basis. Hours of work vary between part time and full time, see below:
Role 1: 16 hours/week, two days a week (Monday to Friday) between 8am to 6pm.
Role 2: 22.5 hours/week, working evenings 4pm to 10pm and every odd weekend 10am to 6pm.
Role 3: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Duties will include:
- Providing support to clients across the local area who are at risk of homelessness
- Helping clients sustain their accommodation
- Undertaking inspections of properties and liaising with maintenance teams
- Liaising with support providers
- Taking rent payments
