About the role:

As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll provide support for someone to help them stay independent. Most of your service users will be older people, and some will have mobility difficulties or a diagnosis of dementia.

• Helping a service user to go to bed at night, and move around their home when necessary.
• Preparing meals and feeding.
• Assisting a service user with toileting or continence care.
• Bathing or showering.
• Assisting with getting dressed.
• Administering medication.

Locations we operate in:

You will be supporting clients in their own homes in the locations below, you would be allocated work as close to your home as possible, but minimal travel will be required (Car is Essential)

Derbyshire – Long Eaton, Sandiacre, Sawley, Risley, Breaston, Draycott

Our shift patterns:

This is a Evenings only position between 3pm and 10pm and must include some weekend availability, usually One-on/One-off
