Experienced and professional Practitioner (Senior Complex Healthcare Assistant) required for a brand new care home baed in Southend on Sea, Essex. We are for looking individuals to join our team of existing staff to deliver high quality person centred and compassionate care. As a Practitioner you will support, manage and lead a team of Complex Healthcare Assistants to ensure a safe and supportive environments for patients within the Centre. We are looking for an individual who has: * A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents * Completed the Care Certificate and Level 3 in Health and Social Care. * Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with sensitive issues. * Experience of working in a senior role and leading a team. * Knowledge of Dementia, Mental Health, Addiction, Epilepsy Care & Seizure Management and Diabetes. * Experience in administering medication and direct experience of manual handling techniques.
