This role will be so diverse, not every two days will be the same. Your role will cover the following areas -
* Compliance Auditing
* On-Call Manager
You will be responsible for problem solving, working with our lovely clients, supporting our amazing carers and being a support network to our Office Manager.
You will be contracted to 40hrs a week, which will be made up of the following shifts -
8am - 17:00pm
7am - 15:00pm
14:00pm - 22:00pm
9am - 18:00pm
This role, will give the right candidate the opportunity to build a number of different skill sets, learn multiple job roles and be a very good stepping stone for anyone looking for a future career in Care Management.
The role will be paid at £10.75ph
The right candidate must -
* Be able to drive
* Have Care experience
* Be flexible to work weekends and evenings as and when required
* Have good communication skills
* Enjoy problem solving
* Good IT knowledge
* Professional telephone manner
* Work well with others, but, work just as well on your own
