Hello and welcome to Home Instead who provide home care in Redditch, Bromsgrove and the surrounding areas, Annie Dixon-Dunn set up the office in 2013 after supporting her own parents through her father’s illness, where she quickly realised how difficult it was to find the right support for her family.
It was this emotional journey which led Annie to set up Home Instead which serves Redditch, Alcester, Studley, Alvechurch, Bromsgrove, Rubery, Rednal, Longbridge, Northfield and the surrounding areas.
Annie wanted the local community to have the home care support they deserve and to be assured there will be a familiar face visiting who genuinely cares! The wonderful team of Care Professionals provides award winning, reliable and exceptional home care enabling clients to remain at home where they're most happy and comfortable.
Home Instead has built a reputation providing the highest quality care – it is rated as Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission, has been voted as one of the top 20 home care providers in the West Midlands for seven years running and recognised as a Five-Star Employer in Care Award.
Its companionship-based care is unique to each client’s individual needs – whether it’s accompanying them to appointments or a family wedding, helping with shopping and preparing a nutritious lunch, or perhaps light housekeeping. Care Professionals can also help with rise and shine in a morning or bedtime routines and medication, discharge from hospital or even a 24-hr respite sleepover. Everything is personal and tailored to individual's needs and preferences.
