We are an innovative company dedicated to delivering the kind of care we’d want for our own loved ones.  We’re a community-focussed team and  passionate about looking after our local  residents. We’re a team of more than 100 individuals delivering 400 to 500 care calls every single day in all weathers to over 180 customers. 

Although we’re a business, we put people before profit, we take an innovative approach to care that’s highly personalised whilst maintaining professional standards.

We care for our carers

  • We pay for all employees’ DBS checks and your training.
  • We pay generous rates of pay with travel time.
  • We provide uniforms, gloves, aprons and pens.
  • We provide full induction and training (theory and practice) in our own training suite, and free training to Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. 
  • Everyone is offered a permanent contract once they’ve successfully completed their probationary period.  Unlike other care companies, we don’t employ on ‘zero hours’ contracts.
  • We have an agreement and great working relationship with our partners at the GMB Union and all staff are encouraged to join.
  • We provide monthly staff meetings in your area with regular supervision and yearly appraisals to make sure you feel supported and valued.
