We are a family run organisation, this leads to a close working relationship with complete trust that we are all working towards the same goals. Family values are important to us and drive us forward.
Between us we have over 25 years in senior management experience, 20 years of care experience and 15 years in accounting. All these different skills contribute in their own way towards running a successful business.
We all work well together, and often have brainstorming sessions to talk about how we can do things differently, to do them better. There is always room for improvement; we like to think we’ve got it pretty much right – as our service users will tell you – but we also always think ‘lets improve – see what can we do to get a better result’…. This mind-set allows us to flourish and grow.
We love what we do, are passionate about care and providing the very best service to everyone who comes to us.
We believe to have the tools to do the job properly requires both experience and training. We are committed to an on-going training programme, for both office staff and carers – it is essential office staff are knowledgeable in all areas of care and support in order to be able to ensure excellent services and support to our carers.
We identify aspects of our work where carers show an excellent aptitude and source training for them to be able build on existing knowledge and skills. As a result we offer what we consider to be a premier service where our carers are very well trained in all aspects of care but importantly including two very demanding areas – dementia and end of life care.
Since starting Careful Care we have grown month by month, currently we cover the Cotswolds; however we will be looking at moving into South Gloucestershire in the not too distant future.
