Community Lifeline has been established since 1995, and is a family run private Company offering a wide range of personal care, rehabilitation, domestic and social care services to people in their own homes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are always continuing to increase the number of ways in which we can help you, bringing you comfort and peace of mind.
It has always been our aim to provide a flexible care service for personal and domestic assistance for an Independent life, which allows children, adults and elderly, those with disabilities, mental health problems and dementia to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. All of our personnel and Health Care Assistants are thoroughly trained in all aspects of care management and adhere to the detailed policies and procedures of our organisation and regulatory bodies. Our team of Health Care Assistants are well trained to Diploma levels 2 and 3 in Social Care, We also have access to Registered Nurses and occupational therapists. Therefore, all of our clients can be reassured of our professionalism, with a personal touch.
With such a strong aim, philosophy and team of qualified staff with the addition of our uniquely tailored service plan for every client, it is no wonder why we are already so far apart from the rest and have hundreds of extremely satisfied clients in many local areas.
We provide care for continuing healthcare and KCC and work with several multi disciplinary teams to ensure that all aspects of our clients well being and health are met effectively and safely.
