Home care Worker

We will require minimum 6 months paid UK experience for the post

Main responsibilities for the role are to support in community care which will include the following shifts which are Monday - Sunday.

Shift time range from 7am starts with some clients needing 24-hour care.

Tasks include
Supporting all aspects of personal care
Administering and managing all levels of medication as required
Ensuring compliance for Health and Safety in moving and handling
Completing housework, shopping, collecting medication etc.
Attending all training and office meetings.
To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required.
Clinical support (following clinical training and competency checks).
